If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. At Wiglyo, your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make returns and refunds as smooth as possible.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
The item was received damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.
The request is made within 14 days of receiving the item.
The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, with any tags, manuals, or accessories included.
Please email us at support@wiglyo.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Photos or videos may be required as proof of damage or defect.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
Items returned after 14 days of delivery
Products that have been used, damaged by misuse, or are missing parts
Clearance, final sale, or custom-made items (unless defective)
3. Return Process
Contact Us: Reach out to support@wiglyo.com with your issue.
Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Inspection & Processing: We will inspect the returned item once received.
Refund Issued: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued for the cost of the item. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or shipped in error.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange a product, we recommend:
Returning the original item for a refund
Placing a new order for the replacement item
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your payment provider; processing may take time

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us immediately at support@wiglyo.com with photos of the product and packaging.
We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
